I was so lucky to be sent the Sephora Collection SQNHYA Matte Moisturizer Cream from the Sephora community in exchange for my honest review! This cream comes in a squeezable tube. Personally I love a jar for cream as I like to use all of the product. This cream's ingredients are 90% natural origin, it contains; 🫒 Squalane - extracted from olives 🌾Hyaluronic Acid - extracted from wheat. It's suitable for all skin types including those with sensitive skin. It has zero scent or fragrance. This cream is surprisingly thicker than expected. It absorbs so quickly into my skin leaving no greasy / sticky residue I found that this moisturising cream perfect for my combination skin as it doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or greasy after applying in fact it leaves my skin mattified, perfect for the warmer wether as I find my skin tends to look more greasy/ shiny during warmer spells. I apply this in the morning and evening to my face and neck it leaves my skin feel hydrated and soft. I also love that this cream works really well with other products without causing any pilling. I find it a great makeup base. Overall I love how this cream looks and feels on my skin. It locks in the hydration whilst also not leaving me looking shiny. It doesn't clog up my pores & when using instead of my primer it keeps my makeup in place all day. I highly recommend to anyone with oily/combination skin.
This moisturiser is great to use as a makeup base (as it contains squalane) as it gives a matte finish to my skin and it doesn't feel greasy on my skin after application. I also love that it keeps my skin hydrated (as it contains hyaluronic acid) which also helps to smooth skin, making makeup application better. This moisturiser also helps to limit shine and reduce excess sebum. I love that at the same time it helps to protect my skin from becoming dehydrated as it helps my skin to retain water. It is made up of 90% natural origin ingredients: the squalane is derived from olives and the hyaluronic acid is derived from wheat. This moisturiser is designed for skin types combination and oily however it is suitable for all skin types. It is also fragrance free, focusing on giving your skin effective results using quality ingredients. The packaging is also environmentally friendly: the tube is recyclable and is also made from 44% recycled plastic; the box is made cardboard which is produced from forests that are sustainably managed as well as the box being printed with inks which are plant based. How to use: I use this daily in the morning and night after cleansing. The great thing about this moisturiser is its versatility: I can use this on my face as well as my neck; I can use it as a makeup base; I can also this with a facial roller to maximise its absorption into my skin!
I was given the opportunity to review this from the Sephora community. As all Fenty foundations I've tried so far, it's spot on when it comes to the shade, it does not oxidise, and it does stay on all day. It's quite luminous and has a soft matte blurring effect when put on. However, once it's on, if you have any imperfection ranging from nose pores to dry patches, it will stick on them. And in a few hours, especially when work outside in the summer it will start separating. Granted, I used it over my spf and a primer (which haven't caused me an issue before with other foundations), but I tried it ok its own, and using different combinations of products under it, and it keeps acting up. I found that if I mix a tiny amount with my spf it looks way better, and I'll keep trying to make it work for me, but for now it's not the best.
NYX Slick Click Fat Oil Lip Balm in shade Going Viral I love these Fat Oil lip Balms by NYX. I have a little collection of them now as they all are such beautiful shades with a good pigment to them. This shade Going Viral is my latest and I must say that I think it is one of my favourite shades. It is such a wearable shade in a pretty nude pink with a hint of golden glow. It is perfect for my fair complexion but I think it would suit most skin shades as it is very soft and neutral. The Fat Oil Slick Click Lip Balm is a lip balm that provides a glossy shine to the lips while nourishing and hydrating them. They help to soften and smooth the lips, leaving them looking healthy and supple, it also delivers a lovely shine and non sticky finish. Simply click up the balm, glide it onto your lips, and enjoy the glossy finish and comfortable feel. I would recommend so much. Superdrug have all the shades in this collection so there is a shade or two or more for everyone 😄
NYX Fat Oil Lip Drip Gloss in shade Follow Back I love these fat oil lip glosses they apply so smoothly and leave the lips feeling so nourished and comfortable. I love the shade Follow back it is such a wearable shade. It is a nice neutral bronze nude with a touch of shimmer. The Fat Oil Lip Drip Lip Glosses are infused with Cloudberry, Raspberry Oils and Squalane. They are available in a lovely selection of shades so there is a shade for everyone. To apply simply swipe on the lips with the doe foot fat applicator and build the fat oil up as desired. They have a great build able formula so you can wear as subtle or bolder as desired. The fat oils are vegan meaning they do not contain any animal derived ingredients which is important to me. I love that whilst wearing these lip glosses they do not feel sticky and leave the lips feeling so soft and hydrated. The selection of shades are:- Chillin Like A Villain - Pale Dusty Rose, Splash of Cream - Honey Nude, Livin' The Cream - Dusky Brown, Sprinkle Sprinkle - Deep Muted Rose, Missed Call - Rose Pink, Inside Scoop - Plum Brown, My Main - Clear Gloss, Supermodel - Deep Raspberry Pink, That;s Chic - Deep Rich Brown, News feed - Reddish Brown and Follow Back - Golden Bronze. I think there may be even more so there is a great variety to choose from. I would recommend x
NYX - Mechanical Eye Pencil Aqua Green This retractable pencil gives you a precise line along your eyelashes, without the need for sharpening thanks to the twist able end. It allows you to twist up the eyeliner for use and then retracting for it to go back inside the wand. You just need to bring out the tip to highlight your eyes with a simple movement. Its creamy formula ensures long lasting hold and intense colour for enhancing your look. Thanks to its creamy formula, this pencil offers long lasting hold, ensuring intense color that remains vibrant throughout the day. These retractable eyeliners come in a nice variety of shades. The shade Green is a nice Turquoise shade that has a lovely shimmer and suits my fair skin tone really well. It glides smoothly, without dragging or tearing at my eyelid. I love that you can adjust the point to the desired length. And the price is really good. I highly recommend it.
Vichy Mineral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Booster Serum This serum is amazing and I have used it for years. It contains Vichy Volcanic Water and Hyaluronic Acid so it is super gentle even for sensitive skin. It gives a wonderful boost of hydration to the skin keeping the complexion looking youthful and fresh. It is very easy to use as part of your skin care routine. I use in both my day and night skin routines. You simply apply the serum to freshly cleansed and toned skin before your moisturizer. It takes just 1-2 drops to fully cover the face excluding the eyes. A little goes a long way and absorbs really quickly leaving the skin smooth, plumped and glowing. To apply just use the pump on the bottle to place the drops onto the back of your hand or you can apply straight to the face with the pump. Apply the serum all over the face and then press gently to encourage the serum to absorb into the skin. With regular use my skin looks much healthier, youthful and glowing. Skin is always plumped, fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and the skin feels firmer. I would recommend this serum to everyone x
💚DRUNK ELEPHANT💚 SLAAI MAKEUP-MELTING BUTTER CLEANSER MELT + NOURISH KIWI + STRAWBERRY SEED BLEND VIRGIN MARULA OIL This is part of a giveaway win that I received from Sephora Community a little while ago. It has the added addition of a Bamboo Booster. I use this in the evening to melt away the day it removes even waterproof make up and sunscreen. Applied to dry skin it transforms from oil to a milky texture upon contact with water. Contains fatty acids, omegas, vitamins and antioxidants. It's nutrient rich with fruit extracts and African plant oils. Gentle formula which revitalises skins glow. I love that it comes with a little spoon applicator for ease of use. Add the Bamboo Booster to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells. Personally I would recommend doing this only once or twice a week. Suitable for all skin types Vegan and Cruelty Free
I have recently brought a foundation online (KVD good apple serum) in shade light 010 - I had to guess as my nearest Sephora (Westfeilds 105 miles away) doesn’t have a stand to test out the shades. I’ve invested way too much time on YouTube watching reviews before investing and knew this foundation had a dry down colour due the high level of pigment. I thought I’d got it nailed - the foundation is stunning - so so light in feeling, but FULL coverage, smoothing, perfect for those that get oily, with texture and prone to breakouts! - for those wanting a cruelty free foundation that works likes another brand that is said to wear for double - you need this - oh and it has a pump!!! Any way I’ve rambled - I’m looking for a possible bronzing drop without shimmer to make this foundation my summer colour.. I looked like a bobble head - white as snow head, reddish neck line.. I only wear cruelty free products so please if I say thank you for your suggestion but don’t take it up - it’s nothing personal - I just don’t support companies that in 2024 still have animals put through painful tests to test mascaras for example.
I have to rave about the Shark SmoothStyle dryer/styler; I have a medical condition which causes deterioration to the nerves and muscles, so holding and maneuvering a dryer & brush, and then a hot brush and/or straighteners for around an hour is extremely difficult. This styler has two modes: I start with the wet mode by drying & adding body to my towel-dried hair - there are 2 temperature choices. I often don't bother sectioning off my hair and have never had any kind of issues. After drying my hair I turn the power/heat dial right to the end for the dry mode and finish my hairstyling process by smoothing any flyaways. Ten to fifteen minutes maximum. That's how long it takes to dry my hair and have it finished off in a silky & largely straight, frizz free finish - from the very first use onwards. The styler is lightweight and the size & shape of the handle is easy to grip and the entire process of drying & styling my hair has been reduced by 50 minutes. Not much else to say, apart from adding that I have tested many haircare tools looking for one that is easy for me to handle and quick to learn how to use, because I'm not someone who enjoys the drying & styling process. The SmoothStyle has blown everything else I've ever used out of the water. I very highly recommend it; it's easy to manage. I've included quick shots of my airdried, kinky hair, and after using my SmoothStyle.
I've been trying to find a vegan collagen cream or serum for ages, and my wonderful best friend bought me the 'Kosas Plump + Juicy Vegan Collagen Spray' for my birthday 2.5 weeks ago. So far, it has made my skin feel amazing, especially as Brown woman who has struggled with cystic acne, post-acne scars and hyperpigmentation which is particularly stubborn and severe for those of us with higher melanin content (I.e. darker skin). I've managed to get the acne under control but the scars and pigmentation have been difficult. Whilst I already have a night time retinol and skin care regime, I have found that the addition of this vegan collagen spray (over the last 2 weeks) in the morning and night has definitely made little bit of a difference, and I hope to see more as I continue to use it. As the cost of such products are difficult for some of us, I'm so so happy my friend treated me to this and a Sephora gift card (which I plan to use and buy more of this spray before I run out). Oh and the spray also helps bring out your natural pillowy soft skin, which makes it look much more plump! The only thing I would suggest to change is the spray button/mechanism itself; by replacing the spray nozzle with a trigger nozzle that allows a fine mist to spray across the face, it would make the Plump + Juicy Vegan Collagen Spray 10x more accessible to your beautiful disabled customers (20% of the population who may be missing out). As I'm aware of this issue since I started using beauty products as a teen, I keep spare trigger nozzles for spray bottles and have been using this on the bottle (top tip for disabled beauty lovers out there!). Anyway, I love it so much! I hope to upload a before and after photo after 3-6 months of regular use! Sending warm wishes and joy your way!
1. I love The Kosas Feathery Cloud Set because it literally blurs the skin and gives you a smooth base. 2. The Kosas BB Burst Tinted Gel Cream because it feels like an essence rather than makeup. Very light consistency and natural finish 3. The Kosas Revealer Concealer basically covers all imperfections without me having to reapply more than once 4. Kosas Wet Sticks especially cinnamon spritz really suits my complexion and feels lightweight 5. Last but not least, I LOVE the Kosas Plump+juicy spray as it gives a glowy finish and doesn’t separate makeup. Also benefits skin with all the good ingredients in it. I wish I had tried more Kosas products but I haven’t had the priviledge to do so. I’d love to try additional products from Kosas in the near future as most of the ones I’ve used so far have never disappointed me!
Ffirstly, the formula is impressive. It's clear, which makes it suitable for all brow colors, and it feels incredibly lightweight. Despite its light texture, it provides excellent hold without any stiffness. Throughout the day, my brows stayed in place without any flaking or smudging. The application process is smooth and precise, thanks to the well-designed brush. It picks up the right amount of product, ensuring that each brow hair is coated evenly. This makes it easy to achieve a natural, yet polished look with minimal effort. One of the standout features is the inclusion of nourishing ingredients like castor oil and panthenol. Not only does this gel shape and volumize, but it also promotes healthier, fuller brows over time. After a few weeks of use, I noticed my brows felt softer and looked more robust. Additionally, the Kosas Air Brow Clear Volumizing Treatment Gel aligns with clean beauty standards, being free from harsh chemicals and cruelty-free. This is a significant plus for those who are mindful of the ingredients in their beauty products. Kosas Air Brow Clear Volumizing Treatment Gel is a top-notch product that delivers on its promises.
Kosas where to start? I am the biggest advocate for the phrase put you money where your mouth is! As consumers I think it is increasingly important we consider where our money is going. As a vegetarian and animal activist I feel confident investing in this cruelty free and vegan brand who care as much about animals as I do. But who also care about their environmental impact, this is a brand to support!! On that note I would recommend there gorgeous colour and light duos for a creamy, bendable flush of colour. They have an extensive range of shades from corals to fuchsias so there is certainly one for everyone. They are simply perfect for summer with a light but buildable and glow on the skin that you can't even feel it on the skin. As you can see from the state of mine it is well loved and unfortunately nearly gone I would love this goodie bag to restore on old favourites and find some new favourite (there new powder blush looks amazing!!)
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy and Brightening Concealer - When I first got into make up (around 16 years of age) I has asked my mum to buy me a concealer. I highlighted this specific one as I loved the packaging and the reviews were great. Let me tell you that this concealer did not disappoint!! The coverage was exactly what I needed (I have quite green under-eyes and this masked the colour really well). On top of this, it glided across the skin really smoothly and softly, leaving no streaks. My skin didn't feel dry for once, which is always a bonus, and it lasted all day. I received a lot of compliments about the way my skin looked and that is all thanks to this concealer. This concealer is, and will forever be, my holy grail product!! If you want a great hydrating concealer, I definitely recommend!!! I would LOVE a top up of this concealer and any other goodies to try out too!
KOSAS Wet lip oil in the shade Exposed Champagne Shimmer The Wet lip oil is one of my favourite Kosas products. It has a stunning combination of cool pink tones and a shimmer finish, which gives an extra dimension to my look. The ultra hydrating formula feels nourishing on my lips and I like that it feels so lightweight, almost to the point where it doesn't feel like I'm wearing it. When applied it doesn't feel sticky and is really comfortable to wear. Wearing the lip oil on days where I dont want to wear a lot of makeup, it still makes me feel great as it gives a bit of sparkle to my makeup routine. The lip oil gives a touch of elegance and is perfect to wear for any occasion. I love that it has a plumping effect but without the normal tingling sensation. The different oils that are infused, such as primrose and avocado oil help to protect my lips against daily stressors and keep them moisturised. The konjac root creates a gel like barrier, whilst my favourite ingriedient shea butter makes my lips feel so soft and smooth. Although it has a small doe foot it's still perfect for hugging my lips and giving me a long lasting sheer finish. I love that this product is vegan and cruelty free and clean makeup. I have this in 2 more shades and now want to get every shade 💋
As a makeup enthusiast who values both performance and skincare, Kosas has become my ultimate go-to brand. Their commitment to creating products that marry makeup and skincare is truly remarkable, and it's why I'm head over heels for their range. Among their stellar lineup, the Kosas Revealer Concealer stands out as my absolute favorite. What sets the Kosas Revealer Concealer apart is its ability to effortlessly conceal imperfections while simultaneously nourishing and caring for my skin. The formula is infused with potent skincare ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, and caffeine, which not only provide excellent coverage but also work to improve the overall health and appearance of my skin over time. I love how lightweight and breathable the formula feels on my skin, never caking or settling into fine lines. Whether I'm aiming for a natural, 'no-makeup' makeup look or need to camouflage blemishes and dark circles, the Revealer Concealer always delivers impeccable results!❤️❤️
Kosas Revealer Concealer: My Must-Have Makeup and Skincare in One I'm super excited about the Community X Kosas competition! As a student, my budget is pretty tight, so when I invest in a product, I want to make sure it's worth every penny. That's why my favorite Kosas product has to be the Revealer Concealer. It's not just a concealer—it's like getting a skincare treatment and makeup in one. It has hyaluronic acid to keep my skin hydrated, caffeine for that extra boost, and peptides for a firming effect. The coverage is perfect—lightweight, but still effective at hiding my under-eye circles and any blemishes. I love how it doesn't feel cakey or heavy, and the finish is super natural. Plus, it blends so easily and stays in place all day, even during my long study sessions. And because it comes in so many shades, finding the right match was a breeze. For me, the Revealer Concealer was definitely a good investment. It’s versatile—I use it to cover imperfections and to highlight—and it fits right into my budget because it lasts a long time. It’s like having two products in one, which is perfect for a student on a budget. I'm really hoping to win the goodie bag. This concealer has been a game-changer for me, and I can’t wait to try more Kosas products. Good luck to everyone entering the competition!
Kosas Concealer is a Game-Changer for My Beauty Routine. I've tried many concealers, but the Kosas Concealer stands out as a favorite. It's not just a cover-up—it's a skincare-infused concealer that feels light and looks natural. The creamy texture blends effortlessly, providing smooth and buildable coverage without creasing or caking. It’s great for dark circles and blemishes, giving a radiant and dewy finish that lasts all day. What I love most are the added skincare benefits, like caffeine for reducing puffiness and peptides to improve skin texture. It’s comforting to know I’m caring for my skin while looking my best.Kosas has truly nailed the shade range as well. It was easy to find a match for my skin tone, which is often a challenge. The color stays true throughout the day, without oxidizing or fading. This concealer has truly elevated my beauty routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for effective, nourishing makeup.
Oh my days! I have been searching for a good lip oil that hydrates my lips but also gives them a plumping look and a gloss effect. Its actually amazing how something so simple can be hard to find! It wasn't that long ago i was getting to the end of trying different ones and having to decide on one to settle with as i couldn't find one that done the job i wanted! I went onto instagram and found alot of people talking about this lip oil. At first i had to convince myself to buy it as i was at the end of my "Buy it, test it, hate it, put it in a drawer and forget" routine. However after seeing all the reviews i decided that i would just give it ago, worst thing to happen is ive got a new product in my drawer, best thing to happen is i've found my new lip oil Now this product is absolutely perfect. It glides on the lips like butter, not only makes my lips feel plump but it also makes them look plumper, It doesnt have a nasty smell. the applicator is so easy to use, doesn't give off too much colour which i prefer, i use it instead of a lipgloss as i prefer this product. Its my new holy grail product and i always stock up when I'm able to. I have received a lot of compliments and this is a product i feel like i should gate keep but its something i want other people to experience (I am wearing this masterpiece of a product in this photo) (Unfortunately i could find the lip oil within the "tag a product" so i tagged another good KOSAS product but attached a photo of the lip oil. I really do hope this is okay!)
Vichy Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation can cover almost anything. With a spot of colour-correction underneath (a peachy tone to take out blue tones, for example) it can go to work on scarring, pigmentation, blemishes and even dark tattoos.I’d say that the “16 hour wear” claim on the tube is almost on the modest side. It is quite incredible how deft it is at covering things you don’t want to display and it is lighter in feel than a lot of other full coverage foundations. I mean, I don’t think you could even classify Dermablend as a full coverage foundation – it’s full-full coverage. It’s almost stage makeup, a specialist product. So if you’re on the hunt for a very high coverage foundation but fear the cakey finish (or can’t find one that’s as opaque as you require) then this is well worth a go.I really love this foundation, gives me more confidence😘
Lancome's new addition to the La Vie est Belle fragrance family is Rose Extraordinaire. I am already a great lover of the traditional La Vie est Belle and this new fragrance does not disappoint. It comes in such a feminine and sophisticated bottle that looks wonderful on my dressing table. The glass bottle has a design both front and back designed in the glass of a rose. It is so pretty and the glass lid, spray and ribbon look very classy. The ribbon is interpreted as the wings of La Vie Est Belle and the Rose Extraordinaire ribbon transition from white to pink, accentuated with a touch of silver glitter. Simply stunning and almost magical. The scent of rose is one of my favorites and this new fragrance is so utterly beautiful, it is a modern interpretation of the iconic flower of perfumery. To use you simply apply by spraying on the skin to warm points on your body such as the inside of your wrists, below your earlobes and behind your neck. The scent of this perfume is so uplifting and sends you to absolute serenity and a feel good mood. The scent lasts so well on the skin and you can still smell it after hours of wearing so I would say it is long lasting. It lasts on fabrics even longer and is glorious. I have received so many compliments whilst I am wearing it. I think this perfume is suitable for women of all ages as it is so modern and fresh. It starts off stronger when initially sprayed and then mellows to lovely powdery and floral hints. I would definitely recommend this beautiful fragrance. It's key notes of fragrance are Fresh Rose Water - Space Rose Accord and Rose Damascena Absolue, Iris Concrete, Woody Musk and a trio of roses. This perfume was created by three french master perfumers in pursuit of the perfect rose and in my opinion they have definitely succeeded. This has now become another of my favorite perfumes and it will sit proudly amongst my others.
ILIA Liquid Powder Eye Tint. This is a liquid to cream eyeshadow that sets so fast they recommend doing one eye at a time. Once set it does not budge. It can be applied as a gentle wash of colour or more heavily as a more opaque shade just let each layer dry before reapplying. It doesn’t really blend with other eyeshadows so needs to be applied in a set area, layered on top of other shadows in a light sweep or tap is not too bad but anymore and it just doesn’t sit right it can look cakey or patchy. This is the shade Glaze described as warm champagne it’s a little peachier than I expected. I think if you like a one and done eyeshadow look these are great but I prefer to blend a few shades. I’m sure they work better with the other shades in the range than with other eyeshadows but unless I can see the shades in a store I don’t think I would repurchase them.
How my love for Mac Jacobs Daisy started. Years and year ago, before Feelunique became Sephora, I received a random parcel from Feelunique. I had no idea I was getting this. They had kindly sent me a free bottle of Marc Jacobs! I think it was for the anniversary of the perfume Daisy in 2017. Obviously I immediately started messaging them asking if this was for real and did they mean to send it to me 😂 I was just so blown away with how kind it was of them. It was in a lovely frosted bottle and this amazing lid with the little gems on! As you can see this isn’t a frosted bottle, but the lid remains. Because every time I get a new bottle, I will immediately put the gemmed lid on it. This is why Feelunique/Sephora are my favourite because they go around sprinkling their little acts of kindness everywhere ❤️
Spotted! A fabulous lightweight foundation that’s stirring up quite the buzz in the beauty world. This little gem delivers a sheer, hydrating finish fit for the Upper East Side elite. With its user-friendly applicator, it’s like gossip girl’s best-kept secret, no brush required! But watch out, sometimes it plays a little streaky, leaving you wanting to touch up with another brush or sponge for that flawless look. And oh, the scent! It’s like a whiff of Manhattan glamour in a bottle. Plus, you’re getting a bang for your buck with a generous amount of product. But heed this, darling: the shades run warmer and lighter than expected, so sampling before splurging is a must. And here’s the tea: the color warms up as the day unfolds, giving you that sunkissed glow even on the dreariest of days. XOXO.
Dive into the world of NUXE body scrub, darlings! Picture this – a chic, minimalistic packaging that screams Upper East Side elegance, delivering a serious bang for your beauty buck. The exfoliation grain? Thicker than the plot twists at a gossip girl soirée, giving you a deep scrub that’s practically scandalous. Now, let’s talk texture. It’s a gel-like affair, a bit sticky, but fear not. A splash of water or a flirty touch of wet hands, and you’ll have a spreadable potion that would make even Blair Waldorf jealous. Post-scrub, your skin is practically dripping in radiance, a glow fit for summer. The scent? Clean, not too heavy – just the right amount of allure. Pair it with the body oil, and you’ve got the ultimate power couple, like Chuck and Blair of skincare. The clean, subtle scent enhances the overall experience. For enthusiasts of effective exfoliation, this product is a standout. Suitable for both men and women, it’s a must-try for a satisfying skincare routine. But wait, sweetie, a little birdie told me to keep an eye on the texture. If it’s playing games, swap it out – because who wants a skincare scandal when you can have a flawless experience? XOXO, your secret skincare confidante. 💋
I don't like to write negative reviews, but somehow I can't help myself when I come across a product with an unreasonably high price. I admit that I approached Rodial Dragon's Blood eye gel with high expectations, on the one hand, because of the many good reviews I had read about the product (and the range as a whole), and on the other hand, because Rodial is among the high-end brands. And maybe the problem is just high expectations...😉 Well, my eye area has never felt more dry and dehydrated than after using this product. To the point that I got a weird red, peeling, scaly patch on one eyelid. And the brand still promises that the gel restores through skin hydration and provides long lasting moisturisation. I also cannot say that it reduces the appearance of under eye puffiness or that it has an anti-aging effect. In short, I am very disappointed.
Ultimate skincare product for the scalp💚 One for the mr💙 #hairstory The past year my other half has been suffering with psoriasis on his face and scalp, we did find a shampoo that worked, but he hated it, it smelt really bad, and not just his head the bathroom smelt awful and he said when it goes in his eyes it really stings After becoming part of this community which is thought was just skincare! I learned alot and vichy also do a hair range! And managed to get my hands on a sample of this shampoo😍💚 which was great!! My other half has quite thin hair and got 3 washes out of the sample and LOVED IT! he said it smells great, it doesnt burn his eyes and it works! Normally if he changes shampoo it comes back with in days and it hasn’t. So bought him the bottle. He is very happy with it and will continue to use it, which is amazing for him because it really got him down and he hated using the other shampoo…. Thankyou vichy for a fab product and helping the mr’s self confidence 💙💙💙

CERAVE FACIAL MOISTURISING LOTION WITH SPF30 This product comes in a good sized 52ml tube with an attached pump head for easy removal of the product from the tube. The moisturizing lotion has a nice creamy texture and is easy to apply without any mess. You can either pump the product onto your fingers to apply to the face or if preferred you can apply from the pump directly to the skin. The moisturizing lotion is fragrance free and is very gentle on the skin making it perfect for all skin types including sensitive. I have been using this moisturizing lotion for over a week and I am happy with the results. I apply it as part of my morning skincare routine to freshly cleansed skin and after my serum. I wait for the serum to fully absorb before applying. The lotion feels cool and refreshing when applied to the skin and absorbs quickly without any sticky feeling. Cloudberry bright essence toner 75ml courtesy of sephora by Glow Recipe is fabulous. Serum like clear gel ,that smooths onto your skin after cleansing. Has added vitamin C and E so you know it's helping your skin out. This product also has coQ10, fermented rice water ,oat& collagen amino acids which all have benefits for the skin to improve its appearance. The bottle itself is so cut orange berry shaped pump bottle that delivers just the right amount of product every time. The recommendation is for 1-2 pumps into hands then pat into skin after cleansing, morning and night. I applied 1pump my skin feels very cooled and then soft as this product absorbs.
Aside from the fact the Sephoras favourite selections are INCREDIBLE, the “Makeup Extravaganza” set has something for everyone… plus the one size setting powder I saw everyone testing is on my list😍I would love to have that one for myself as I absolutely love the iconic products chosen, plus my next choice would be too greedy all to myself 🫣My lovely sister has been unleashing her creative side makeup and with myself  not allowed typical advent calendar treats the Sephora favourites advent calendar would be incredible to share with her! There is so much that it would kit out both my sister and I however I’d have to share some of both as sharing is caring ☺️❤️Thank you for the opportunity @Lydia @SephoraUK I had fun teasing myself looking at the fab gift sets 😍🤪
🏅 Sephora Favourites gifting bundle - Savage’s wish list. If I were to win this prize, I would choose the Sephora Favourites, The Bath & Body Collection, for my Mam Yvonne. I would choose the Sephora Favourites, The Makeup Extravaganza.  Why should we be considered for the prize? My mam is retiring from the NHS after over 40 years on service, in a months time. She has cared, and looked after so many people through her years as a Nurse, and I think she deserves a little gift of care back! If I were to win I’d be over the moon to give her this little treat as a well done for her years of service to the country and the NHS. I’d be glowing from joy and hopefully the Makeup Extravaganza Collection too!! I hope we are considered for the prize, as thanks to my hardworking, generous and all round fantastic Mam and Nurse, Yvonne Savage. 🤞🛁👩🏻‍⚕️🫅🏻🧖🏻‍♀️❤️
Can’t recommend more for KP sufferers!!!Where to start? Where to start? Where to start? I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I didn’t think anything would be able to help me tackle my KP (Keratosis Pilaris), and I grew up being told to just scrub using a hand towel or something like that and it’ll go away, and yet it never worked; when I say I started to see a difference after one use, I absolutely mean it. From the texture to the actual application, it’s really easy to use, non-scented so it didn’t irritate my skin, and each particle of the scrub was even and in comparison to other body scrubs, wasn’t abrasive on my skin. The creaminess of the product was everything, I was expecting it to be harsh against my sensitive skin, yet it was nothing of the sort. After testing it for a few weeks, I’ve seen a lot of improvement and my skin feels and looks smoother, and I cannot recommend this product more. It’s become a holy grail product in my shower routine and it’s a staple in my house now.
Final sensitive skin recommendation for the day, I've been using the Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid-Peptide Cream. I had used the Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid-Peptide Lotion as part of a Sephora Community Test and Review and did quite like it, though I was never sure exactly where to put it in my routine. The cream version works really well as a night moisturiser on the sensitive areas of my skin: across my nose, over to my cheeks and on my chin. I always find using a heavy night cream to help with wrinkles is great for my forehead, under my eyes etc, but causes havoc with my sensitive lower half of my face, so I'm trying to split my face and treat areas with different products. The Skinfix cream still feels rich enough to be used as a night time moisturiser and layers well with my other topical treatments without pilling. I find the lower half of my skin texture has become much smoother, and it does feel like a little barrier has formed overnight to lock in moisture.
Another of my favourites to help with sensitivity from the Dermalogica Ultracalming range is the Ultracalming Cleanser. This is my nighttime cleanser and on days when I don't exfoliate because my skin is too sensitive, I use this in the morning too. The cleanser has a lovely gel/silicone like texture and can be rubbed on with fingertips whilst forming a gentle barrier to reduce skin on skin friction. It helps cool down your skin on application. You can remove it with water, but I personally remove it by wiping it off with tissue, so I don't have to use water on my face. Both the temperature of the water and the water quality can have an effect on my redness and using a tissue to remove takes that stress away. I wipe it away in long, gentle strokes to reduce as much contact as possible. The cleanser works well for a double cleanse after makeup and by using a tissue to remove, you can even see when your foundation has fully come off and make sure you don't leave clogged pores behind. One of the great tips I picked up from the Sephora Dermalogica masterclass earlier this year was to use the cleanser as a cooling mask, which also really helps reduce redness when you're getting ready for bed.
Number 3 on my sensitive skincare list is the Clinique Even Better Clinical Serum Foundation. I'm a full coverage girlie to hide my redness, and this works really well with just one pump. I use a tiny smidge extra to go over and layer up in the most angry areas. This applies really nicely with a damp beauty blender and doesn't oxidize. It contains a product called CL302, which is a natural ingredient that treats pigmentation whilst you wear it. It's also made up of Vitamin C, which my skin is hypersensitive to usually, but manages to tolerate really well in this foundation, as well as hyaluronic acid and a mineral SPF. It's a matte coverage, but it manages to not look flat, even with such full coverage. It stays on really well throughout the day - I do add pressed powder across my problem areas, but setting this with a loose powder or a setting spray will leave it sticking to skin well without needing a touch up. What I love the most about this foundation is that I feel I'm "treating" my skin with something useful to control my outbreaks whilst still keeping my redness covered. I've been using this in place of my YSL in shade CN10 and it feels very comfortable and light, whilst still being high end enough to wear as a formal occasion foundation!
Next on my sensitive skin saviours is the Barrier Repair from Dermalogica. I've used this for a long time to help with sensitive skin and rosacea, and it has several great ways of using: 1. You can use this as an all over moisturiser - or to "spot protect" across your nose and cheeks. It works really well at protecting skin when you're outside in chilly weather. 2. You can use this as a mask - Dermalogica suggest on flights - but I sometimes use this to sleep in when I'm having a bad flare. It only takes a light layer and is also great on fine lines. 3. You can use it as a primer. It sits wonderfully well under makeup and treats your skin at the same time. It has a silicone type consistency which helps with oily skin and holds foundation in place really well. 4. You can use this to help get rid of the remnants of an outbreak in the healing phase. It works really well to soften skin and protect the spot from pollution by forming a little comfortable barrier over it.
The person I would send this to would be not only my mum but the best nanny that my children could have, my mum stepped up at 53 years old to take on my twin girls and raise them as I suffered post natal and pre natal depression I want her to feel special everyday which she loves things that smell nice the fragrance section would be perfect for her as a daily reminder each time she sprays she’s beautiful and strong and I will forever appreciate her and what she’s done for our family more than she will ever know she never puts herself first and hasn’t treated her self for years so I’d like her to be able to have a surprise and a selection, if I had to pick for myself something I would be in need of define your hair routine gift set as I had neglected myself due to being ill lost a lot of hair and now just trying to work with what I have and bring it all to good health
The Sephora Favourites Makeup Extravaganza giftset would be perfect for my beautiful mum. Mama G has been set in her ways for years regarding makeup, and I mean set! For years!! (LY Mum 😁) And has only just started branching out with new bits. A lil encouragement always helps. My mum deserves a lil special something to help her focus some time on herself after a tough year and this giftset be a lovely surprise for her under the Xmas tree. I would choose the Sephora Favourites Define Your Hair Routine giftset for myself because your girl here now needs all the help she can get.😊  What was supposed to be giving my bra length hair it's usual trim *sobs* resulted in it ending up as essentially a long bob. *sobs harder*  It kept looking longer on one side than the other so of course I had to even it out... and...just...kept...going... (I've resigned to the fact I just have a wonky head at this point.) I mean I'm gutted, but it's my own fault 😅😅😅  This set may contain a miracle and/or flux capacitor of which I wish to explore. 💛
Dear Sephora, I'm absolutely thrilled about the Sephora Favourites Skincare Saviors Gift Set! It's the perfect gift for the holiday season, and I can already imagine the joy it would bring to my best friend, Jakhlin. Jakhlin has never explored the world of skincare before, and winning this gift set would be a game-changer for her. With its curated selection of skincare essentials, it would transform her skin and boost her confidence like never before. As for me, winning this competition would be a dream come true. The Sephora Favourites Skincare Saviors Gift Set would take my self-care routine to new heights, allowing me to pamper myself with high-quality skincare treasures. Thank you for this amazing opportunity. I eagerly await the announcement and the chance to spread the gift of radiant skin to Jakhlin this holiday season.
The Makeup Extravaganza Sephora Favourites Gift Set is my dream come true! With such a diverse range of items, it's the ideal ensemble for experimenting with various styles ranging from delicate and radiant to bold and edgy, which I adore. I'd like to retain some of the set for myself, because it covers such a wide spectrum of makeup techniques that I'd like to try. The Natasha Denona Mini Zendo Eye Palette is ideal for producing both subtle daytime looks and smoky nighttime effects. It would be endlessly creative to pair it with the Lord & Berry Le Petit Liner and Huda Beauty Glowish Cheeky Vegan Blush Powder.I would, however, gladly share certain favourites with friends and family. I'd give the ONE/SIZE Ultimate Blurring Setting Powder and the Beautifect Blender to my bestie who values a flawless complexion. These items would aid in achieving a flawless finish that would last throughout any party or social event. I'd also give her the Nudestix Nudies Deluxe Mini Blush Picante and Made By Mitchell Blursh Liquid Blush in Strawberry Cream as she enjoys experimenting with blushes and a burst of colour on their cheeks. The rest of the package is a mix of necessities and statement pieces, so I'd construct little personalised sets for my other makeup-obsessed friends and share the thrill of discovering these amazing goods with them. ❤️ 🎀
🌹Hi, Sephora community fam! Sharing the excitement of gifting the Sephora Favourites Bath & Body Collection to my incredible sister – the hero of a challenging year. ❤️ Here's why our story deserves a spot in the spotlight: My sister, a true hardworking gem, has faced every twist this year threw at her with grace and resilience. From long work hours to navigating life's curveballs, she's been a beacon of strength. The Sephora Favourites Bath & Body Collection? It's not just a gift; it's a sanctuary – a blend of sleep-sprays, scented candles, and pampering delights curated to turn her space into a haven of calm. Imagining her unwinding amidst the comforting aroma of Holistic London's scented candle, enveloped in the soothing embrace of Aromatherapy Associates' Deep Relax Sleep Mist.❤️ It's a personalized retreat crafted with love.❤️ So, why should my story be chosen? Because behind this gift is a narrative of resilience, love, and the beauty of self-care. ☺️✨and as we see, Sephora community is not just gifting a set, they are gifting a moment of serenity to someone who truly deserves it. Good luck to everyone ❤️❤️❤️
I just want to gush about how amazing the Ordinary's Soothing barrier and support serum is. I bought it because I'd tried a new acid product and my skin hadn't liked it at all. It had started peeling and stinging and I couldn't get it back to normal despite stopping all harsh products. Within days of using this my skin was miles better, now (I think its been about a week and a half) it's looking better than it ever has and the surprise is that the cystic acne I get on my chin has gone and has been replaced by a few tiny spots that go away promptly. The dark and red marks on my chin from old spots are clearing up. My skin looks so much more hydrated. It loves this stuff. It is a huge recommend from me. And the pink colour comes from vitamin b12, which is naturally bright red and I assume goes pink when mixed with other white ingredients in the mix.
It is soooo, but so hard to chose! All the Sephora Favorite Gift sets are amazing, but these two are absolutely dreamy: Sephora Favourites Beauty Has No Age And Sephora Favourites Makeup Extravaganza I would be over the moon to receive any of them. When it comes to gifting, I would definitely chose The Make Extravaganza for my girls. Let me tell you a few things about these incredible “my girls”. We met here, in Sephora Community, about two years ago, and since then we have been in each other’s lives permanently. Happiness, joy, anger, frustration, funny memes, masterclass reminders, we share all together. We still didnt organise a reunion, because we dont really live close to each other, but we are so close and united! I dont know what I would do without them! So, yes, the Sephora Favorites The Makeup Extravaganza would be my choice for them. After I am posting this, I will go to our WhatsApp group to ask if I made a good (theoretical) choice! 🤞🏻
Garnier Gentle Hydrating Deep Facial Cleanser Garnier Gentle Hydrating Deep Facial Cleanser ----- I am really impressed with this great facial cleanser. It comes in a good sized 250ml pump bottle which is very easy to use. This cleanser is a foaming cleanser so you apply it to wet skin to create a lovely luxurious foam. This cleanser really does go a long way so one small pump per application is sufficient to cleanse the whole face. It is suitable for all skin types especially sensitive as it is fragrance free and extremely gentle. For the last 2 weeks I have been using it as part of a double cleanse along with the micellar water for sensitive skin. My skin looks so clear and healthy. Doing a double cleanse is a great way to make sure you have completely removed all makeup and impurities from the skin. I have combination skin with enlarged pores around the nose area. Since doing a double cleanse my skin looks and feels smoother and the look of pores and texture of the skin looks more refined. I would definitely recommend.
Garnier Micellar Water for Sensitive Skin The Garnier Micellar Water for sensitive skin is such a gentle but effective product. It is really effective at removing eye makeup and facial makeup without any irritation or stinging. It comes in a generous 400ml bottle and a little goes a long way. You simply apply to a cotton eco pad designed specially for cleansing. Apply the micellar water so that it feels damp on the pad but not soaking. Wiping gently in light strokes the cleanser lifts off makeup and residue from the skin without having to scrub or vigorously rub at the skin. It took off all my mascara, eyeliner, foundation, blush and lipstick, all with ease. This micellar water is great as there is no greasy or oily residue left behind on the skin. My skin also is left feeling comfortable and fresh without any dry or tight feeling like some products can do. I love to do a double cleanse in the evening to make sure my skin is totally makeup free and extra clean. To do this I use the Garnier hydrating deep cleanser after the initial cleanse with the micellar water. My skin is left so fresh and refined and I would definitely recommend.
Oh my goodness this is such a difficult one to pick as there are so many amazing Sephora Favourites Bundles and they all look amazing and unique in their own way! The set that I would gift would be the Beauty Has No Age Gift Set as my wonderful Mum is turning 60 in January and this would be the perfect set for her (pic of the beautiful lady below!) . She loves sample sizes as she likes to try new products and loves to travel and this set has some deluxe samples that would be perfect to allow her to try out some new products. She has always used Clinque and Lancome that are some of the brands included in the set and there are some brands such as Clarins and Estee Lauder that I know she would love. The set that I would want to keep would be the Makeup Extravaganza (but the Fragrance Collection also sounds AMAZING) because it would give me the chance to replace some well overdue old makeup in my collection. I only treat myself to high end makeup at special occasions so it would mean a lot to be able to treat myself to a set that has such variety. I've heard amazing things about the Made By Mitchell Blursh products and the colour in the set looks like it would be great for my skin tone. I also love that this set has some bold lip colours from Natasha Denona and Nudestix which would be so exciting to play around with as I love trying new makeup looks. Good luck to everyone entering, I'm sure whoever wins will be very happy and will share the wonderful bundle with the skincare and beauty enthusiasts in their lives.
I would gift The Sephora Favorites The Fragrance Collection as a Christmas gift to my lovely manager as it carries several thoughtful aspects. Given her dedicated work within NHS, with nurses and children, the diverse array of fragrances provides a moment of self-indulgence and relaxation. Additionally, the carefully curated collection reflects the appreciation for her hard work and the recognition of the challenges she faces in a demanding environment. This gesture communicates a desire to contribute to her well-being during the festive season and shows gratitude for her compassionate efforts in supporting both healthcare professionals and children and myself her employee.😊🧡If I could gift myself one of these it would be Sephora Favorites Makeup Extravaganza collection as it is a delightful way to elevate my personal beauty routine. This curated collection offers a diverse range of high-quality makeup products, allowing myself to explore and experiment with different looks. Treating myself to this extravagant set communicates a celebration of my individual style and self-expression. It serves as a reminder to prioritize self-care, indulging in the joy of makeup artistry and enhancing my confidence. The collection’s variety ensures I would have a versatile selection for various occasions, making it a perfect gift for a boost of glamour and self-appreciation. 🥰❤️Happy Holidays everyone 🧡🧡
I'd love to gift the "Beauty Has No Age Gift Set" to my mum, who's discovered a love of skincare this year in her 60s. She's taken to it like a duck to water (with a little push from me!) but is currently building up her dream day and night routines and I know she'd particularly love the idea of the Lotus Youth Preserve and the 111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond eye mask. I'd have to choose the Advent Calendar 2023 (though of course I'd share it with mum too, I always do her makeup for any special occasions!). There's some of my hero products from 2023: the Virtue hair oil that I told the Sephora Community to run and pick up in the Sephora Beauty Box; my new fave Medik8 Hydr8 B5 Intense serum which has had the most incredible effect on my frown lines; the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm which has been the one oil cleanser that hasn't flared up my rosacea. I'd love the Juliette Has A Gu*n Not A Perfume that's been on my list since I smelt it in the Sephora Westfield store; another shade of the Rose Inc Satin Lip Color Lipstick since my purchase in the Sephora Beauty Box earlier this year and has become a staple in my collection and the Gxve Beauty Lipstick ('cos I'm just a girl, take a good look at me, just your typical prototype 👄).

Vichy sunscreen is an absolute game-changer in my daily beauty routine. I've always struggled with finding a sunscreen that doesn't leave a greasy or heavy feeling on my skin, but Vichy has completely changed the game for me. First off, I love that it's formulated with broad-spectrum SPF 50+ to provide maximum protection against harmful UV rays. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my skin is well-protected against sun damage and premature aging. The formula is lightweight and non-greasy, which is a huge plus for me. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any white cast or residue on my skin. I love that it's also water-resistant, so I don't have to worry about it rubbing off or sweating off during the day. One of the things I appreciate most about Vichy sunscreen is that it's suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. I have fairly sensitive skin, and I've never had any issues with irritation or breakouts from using this sunscreen.
2/ What makes this product your favorite? My holy grail Vichy product is the Normaderm PhytoAction Daily Deep Cleansing Gel. Its unique blend of salicylic acid and natural origin active ingredients makes it my go-to solution for acne-prone skin. This gel not only deeply cleanses my skin, effectively removing impurities and excess oil, but it also contains ingredients that soothe and prevent further breakouts. The gentle yet potent formula is perfect for daily use, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my acne and acne scars since incorporating it into my routine. 3/ Tell us a Vichy product you can't live without?I can't imagine my skincare routine without the Vichy Normaderm PhytoAction Daily Deep Cleansing Gel. As someone who has struggled with acne and the lingering marks they leave behind, this product has been a game-changer. The salicylic acid not only helps prevent new breakouts but also exfoliates and promotes skin renewal, gradually diminishing the appearance of acne scars. Its non-drying formula ensures my skin stays balanced and healthy. Winning a 1:1 Dermatologist consultation with Dr. Mary Sommerlad would be an incredible opportunity to further enhance my skincare routine and work towards achieving my healthiest complexion yet and further tackling those enduring acne scars.

The kit consists of body wash 75ml, Body Scrub 50ml, Body Butter 75ml and Bath Float 75ml. They all smell of the beautiful Signature floriental fragrance with refreshing notes of jasmine, grapefruit & vanilla. I love that the products are made of 92% natural origin ingredients, and all Sanctuary Spa body care products are cruelty free, mineral oil free & vegan. The products in this set are very easy to use ---- The Bath Float you pour generously under warm running water. It makes a slight milky look to the water and it feels so soft as you get into the bath. The Body Wash you massage on to wet skin and rinse after massaging. You can use a bath sponge or a shower puff. A little goes a long way and it creates a lovely rich lather. Cicaplast Balm B5 is a Multi-Purpose Repairing Balm that soothes and protects the whole family's sensitive or irritated skin. It is suitable for adults, children and babies, and it can be used on all kinds of everyday skin irritations and minor injuries and is ideal for use on sensitive skin. The cream is easy to squeeze from the tube and it has a nice rich texture. A little goes a long way as it spreads easily across the skin. It absorbs well and does not leave any greasy or oily residue on the skin. When suffering with skin irritations you simply apply this balm twice a day on clean and dry skin. With continuous use this balm really does heal, hydrate and protect the skin restoring it to a healthy condition. It is such a multi purpose balm that can be treated all over for skin conditions, rashes, soreness and is even suitable for people under going cancer treatment. My husband has a dry skin condition on his legs and this balm has really helped in relieving the dry tight feeling. I have found it really helpful for my hands when they become dry and irritated. It is a wonderful product.
I purchased this product last year and recently acquired a new bottle. Given the scorching heat we experienced last year, the added protection from both UVA & UVB rays in this bottle made it an excellent choice for safeguarding my skin. It’s versatile and can be applied to your body and face. The squeeze top makes application easy and convenient. Apply it 15 minutes before heading out, just a quick spray, and you’re good to go. The compact size allows you to carry it in your handbag for touch-ups. I preferred reapplying it every 90 minutes, and it provided exceptional protection. This product contains Vichy Mineralizing Water and Hyaluronic Acid, which leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft and well-hydrated. Being water-based, it suits all skin types, including sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly into your skin without leaving a greasy residue or causing any stains on your skin or clothes. It’s available in both SPF30 and SPF50, providing high-level protection. Personally, I opt for SPF50, as I have very fair skin, and I didn’t experience any sun damage last year. It’s like magic in a bottle that lasts, conveniently coming in a 200ml size. Must have every year now
I recently discovered the Vichy Mineral 89 for the face, and I have to say, it has become an absolute staple in my skincare routine. This product is truly amazing and has made a massive difference in the appearance and hydration of my skin. First and foremost, the hydration this product provides is unparalleled. As someone with dry and dehydrated skin, finding a product that effectively locks in moisture has been a never-ending quest. However, since incorporating Vichy Mineral 89 into my daily routine, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and nourished throughout the entire day. This has resulted in a noticeable improvement in the overall texture and suppleness of my skin. One of the standout features of this product is its lightweight and fast-absorbing formula. It glides on effortlessly, instantly sinking into the skin without leaving any greasy or sticky residue behind. This makes it ideal for both morning and evening use, seamlessly integrating into any skincare regimen. I have also noticed a significant difference in the overall radiance and plumpness of my skin since using Mineral 89. It acts as a powerful booster, enhancing the effectiveness of other skincare products I use. It serves as a perfect base for my makeup, helping it glide on smoothly and flawlessly. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that the Vichy Mineral 89 is formulated with a high concentration of Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, which is known for its hydrating and soothing properties. It's free from parabens, fragrances, and oils, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin. In conclusion, winning the Vichy Mineral 89 would be a dream come true. It has become an irreplaceable part of my skincare routine and has revolutionized the way my skin looks and feels. I cannot imagine going a day without it! If you're seeking a game-changing, hydrating, and transformative product for your skin, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Vichy Mineral 89 a try. Trust me, your skin will thank you!
I have very recently (within the week) brought these items, (the clarins one was a sample) and oh these have done wonders to my skin! My skin has become a lot more softer, smoother, some how my pores on my nose and cheeks have looked like theyve disappeared (i know they havent but they have become so minimised) my skin just looks better over all! I brought these to see if they can help after a bad few breakouts I have had with a product i tried before, they havent helped that much but the clarins sample ive only had for 3 days and i need to give it abit longer, the same with the other products, theres hardly any scent to any of them! If i dont have a late reaction to these products they are now going to be going into my skincare routine for good! I like to try the entire product before i go replacing items in my skincare products as I know purging of the skin can happen, so once i have used all of the products and im still happy with them they are getting added!

Garnier Micellar Milky Water All-in-1 --- I purchased this product in an amazing 700 ml bottle. Just by looking at the bottle you can tell that it is a good quality product. The Micellar Milky Water All-in-1 has a really pleasant light scent that is not overpowering. It cleanses the skin so well in an efficient and gentle way. It removes make-up and intensely cleanses skin of dirt, oil, SPF, pollution & dead skin cells - all in one step. I love using it with the Micellar Eco Pads which make it so luxurious. There is no need for harsh rubbing or scrubbing as it glides over the skin effortlessly. I like to do a double cleanse to make sure all traces of makeup and impurities are removed. Skin is left clean and refreshed with a healthy glow. Enriched with Micelle Technology and Botanical Glycerin it captures make-up, impurities and dirt like a magnet. The Botanical Glycerin, helps to nourish skin, leaving it soothed and hydrated. The Micellar Milky water is suitable for delicate sensitive skin due to it's gentle formulation. It is very simple to use as part of your skincare routine, Simply apply the product to a Garnier Reusable Eco Pad or cotton wool pad. Gently press and wipe across the face, eyes and lips to remove make-up and grime. You then wipe until no further residue comes off onto the pad. There is no rinsing required. Like all Garnier products it is cruelty free and I would definitely recommend x

Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream This moisturizing cream comes in a 200 ml tube and helps to heal very dry skin. It is formulated with a Prebiotic triple oat complex (Oat Flour + Oat Extract+ Oat Oil) and shea butter. The formula is clinically proven to moisturise, soothe and protect very dry irritable skin. It does this by helping to improve the balance of the skin’s natural microbiome. It gives you more resilient and healthy looking skin and with continuous use the effects get even better using it daily after your bath or shower. The scent is light. It comes out easily with a squeeze of the tube. The cream has a nice texture and soaks into the skin easily and it has helped keep my skin so soft. It is suitable for all the family although you can get Aveeno Baby which is slighter lighter in texture. It glides onto the skin effortlessly and a little goes a long way. Skin is left perfectly moisturized without any sticky or oily residue. I love it.
My hair had started to look very faded and straw like so I decided that I wanted to go for a more deeper colour. I tried Garnier GOD Permanent hair colour in shade 7.0 Almond Creme Dark Blonde. It left my hair with a lot more depth of colour. There is no brassy look, my hair shines, feels conditioned and looks so natural. The hair colour is so easy to use and I love that you can mix the hair colour in the same pot that all the ingredients come in. It has not got any strong or unpleasant smell whilst on the hair as it is infused with the scent of sandalwood, goji berry & orchid. With it's thick mask like texture there are no drips and it is so simple to use just like applying a mask on your hair. I love that GOOD is a 90% natural origin colour kit. Once applied to the hair you simply leave it to process for up to 30 minutes. Once the time is up rinse the colour from the hair until the water runs clear. You then give a light shampoo. When the shampoo is rinsed completely out I pat my hair with a towel to absorb the excess water so the conditioner can get straight into the hair and absorb better. In the contents of the tub a Silk and Shine conditioner is included. Enriched with nourishing shea butter care, it has a nice rich texture that coats the hair perfectly. I leave it to absorb for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. The hair feels like silk when rinsing out. When drying my hair it is super smooth and there is no tangling in the brush. My hair looks super healthy with beautiful highlights and tones. I would really recommend this wonderful product. Inside the Good Mixing Tub is a Wooden spatula, The developer cream, The colourant cream, Silk and Shine conditioner.
𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝒪𝓇𝒹𝒾𝓃𝒶𝓇𝓎 𝑀𝑜𝒾𝓈𝓉𝓊𝓇𝒾𝓈𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝐹𝒶𝒸𝓉𝑜𝓇𝓈 + 𝒫𝒽𝓎𝓉𝑜𝒸𝑒𝓇𝒶𝓂𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓈 🤍This is so easy to embed into your everyday skincare regimen. I've been using this as my Step 3 'Seal' as part of TO's 'Prep, Treat, & Seal' guide, to help with barrier repair & dry skin targeting. My barrier was recently compromised & I was diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis, this has helped repair my skin condition incredibly. It's gentle, super rich & replenishing, with no active ingredients. It has a gorgeous nourishing formula that leaves my skin feeling glossy, smooth, radiant & hydrated. This seals in moisture so well & is perfect when your skin needs TLC.Phytoceramides are a plant-derived Ceramide. They help to improve the look of skin quality, for a fresher, more plumped appearance. They are great for dry, or sensitive skin but because they're non-drying & noncomedogenic, it means they're great for all skin types. You get 100ml for £20 & you only need a very small amount, so the tube will last ages! It's very comparable to Skinfix Triple Lipid Moisturiser IMO, but without the hefty price tag!

I decided to give Garnier SkinActive Vitamin C Brightening Day Cream a try. It is enriched with Super Citrus and brightening Vitamin C, to reveal nourished and glowing skin. This cream helps to re-plump fine lines and wrinkles helping to reduce their appearance. It leaves skin smooth and radiant. This brightening day cream boost your skin's glow giving a brighter and healthier looking complexion. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant which helps to protect your skin against sun damage by leaving a protective barrier which helps guard against premature ageing. This lovely cream is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. It's lovely texture is so luxurious and it absorbs so well into the skin leaving it plump, smooth, and deeply hydrated without any greasy or oily residue. It is also vegan and cruelty free x
I have quite pale skin that is combination/oily in the summer and combination/dry in the winter, I break out easily if I use the wrong products on my face. What I love about this foundation is that it's oil free, so lightweight that it doesn't feel like your wearing any and it has micro-fil technology. This is your skin only better more luminous, dewy and flawless. Did I mention it's blemish blurring and hides redness and imperfections too. This makes my skin look like the perfect flawless canvas. As well as improving my skin texture, it brightens, sculpts and hydrates my skin throughout the day. It's a buildable coverage so you can have a light base or a full coverage base, even if you build it up it doesn't look cakey or leave foundation lines just a natural looking, flawless, blemish free skin glow. I did put to much on once but it still looked flawless and you couldn't tell, my skin looked just perfect. The good news is that it doesn't sink into fine lines and wrinkles either It didn't feel greasy in any way or break me out, at the end of the day my skin still looked as fresh and flawless as it did when I first applied it in the morning. I get loads of compliments about how amazing my skin looks when wearing it. It looks even more beautiful in the summer when the sun hits your skin, but I think it is also good for the winter when your skin can look dull, grey and lifeless. This foundation to me is worth every penny and I will definitely be buying more when I run out. (I use shade 5)
I bought this foundation a while ago but only started using it now because I wanted to finish others I started first. It has a light, I would say quite liquid texture. An unobtrusive scent that doesn't bother me personally. I define its coverage as light and I don't think it could be buildable. I tried to cover up a pimple scar and it didn't work very well. However, I do like the way it sits on my skin though. It smoothes it, evens out the complexion and gives it a very pleasant healthy glow and the feeling of well-hydrated, juicy skin. No fading or transfer. Make-up stays beautiful for hours. I'm not convinced it would be suitable for oily or acne-prone skin. Regarding the packaging - I personally like it very much because of its rounded shape at the bottom, and also I think it's quite practical (it's made of some kind of plastic) and thus reduces the risk of it being broken when traveling for example. It is also larger than most foundations (50 ml), i.e. is also economical. In short, I like #Dior Backstage Face and Body foundation and would recommend it and buy it again. Unfortunately I didn't find it on the Sephora website.
This serum is one of my most favourite skincare products I use daily. The Advanced Genifique Serum will always be a product I will continue to use. I purchased the full sized bottle of this amazing serum, after using a sample size bottle. I've been using it for some time now. I use the serum in the morning and in the evening. To say I am ecstatic is putting it midly. I am over the moon with this product. The serum gives me a really healthy and radiant glow. I apply the serum with the loaded dropper, which gives the correct dose for each application. The liquid feels silky to touch, and it really does glide over my skin so easily. My skin absorbs it quickly and feels immediately quenched and hydrated. Lancome has knocked it out of the park with this product, as my skin now feels comfortable, soft and supple, as well as feeling plumped. The Genifique serum helps to even out my skin tone and make it brighter and healthier. I love the look of the bottle and packaging, as it feels bougie and luxurious. I'm very happy in my skin.
Kerastase 8HR Magic Night Hair Serum offers a unique overnight solution for hair care. The standout feature is its deep nourishment. Applying this serum before bedtime allows it to work its magic while you sleep, providing intensive hydration and repair for your hair. You'll wake up to smoother, more manageable locks, and it's particularly beneficial for those with dry or damaged hair. However, one drawback worth mentioning is the price point. While the product delivers excellent results, it can be considered somewhat pricey for the quantity you receive. I found myself going through the bottle relatively quickly, which impact the overall cost-effectiveness. Nonetheless, if you prioritize hair health and are willing to invest in a high-quality treatment, the Kerastase 8HR Magic Night Hair Serum can be a valuable addition to your routine.

Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing Rose Water All in 1 ---- I purchased my new bottle of Rose Water Micellar cleanser today and I found it in an amazing 700 ml size. This cleanser is so fresh and light and is perfect if you have sensitive or skin that can get dry or dull looking. The smell of rose is absolutely beautiful but not over powering and it is very uplifting. It is suitable for use on your face, eyes and lips and is respectable of the skin barrier. It effectively removes makeup, oiliness and impurities collected on the skin during the day. The enrichment of the rose oil helps to illuminate the skin to give it a lovely glow. After cleansing there is no need to rinse as it leaves zero residue behind on the skin. With it's Micelle Technology, Rose Water and Botanical Glycerin it captures make-up, impurities and dirt like a magnet and lifts them away from skin. The gentle formula effectively cleanses, gliding over skin to avoid rubbing or pulling delicate sensitive skin. This lovely product is recognised by the British Skin Foundation and Allergy UK due to its soothing formula. I love that all Garnier products are approved by Cruelty Free International under the Leaping Bunny Programme, the leading organisation working to end animal testing worldwide, and the recognised Cruelty Free Gold Standard. This means a lot to me and that is one of the reasons I love to use Garnier x
Another of my Ultimate Skincare products is for bodycare. I love Garnier Intensive 7 Days Aloe Vera Probiotic Extract Body Lotion for Normal Skin, and also the mango version. They are fast absorbing, non-greasy and are non-sticky. These nourishing body moisturisers come in good sized 200ml or 400 ml bottles. I have normal skin but it can get a bit combination. I get some dryness on my knees, elbows and heels. I apply these lovely body moisturizers after my bath or shower any time of the year. I massage all over the body paying special attention to areas that get drier. I like to massage it into my skin when it has a slight dampness to seal in extra moisture and hydration. They smell absolutely gorgeous especially the mango it smells good enough to eat. They are refreshing, instantly hydrating, the hydration is long lasting and effective. Skin feels super soft.
I have been taking special care of the area around the eyes since I was about 20 years old and now (42 years old)😁 I dare to say that I have tried enough products to be able to judge whether a product is worth it or not. In essence... As I wrote a while ago, Vida Glow eye contour cream impressed me initially as a way of presentation, but two-three weeks later I can already say that my sympathies are not only in terms of packaging. To be honest, I was impressed even after the first few times I used it, but I'm not a fan of sharing an opinion on a skincare product after 1-2 uses (it's not serious).😉 Well, a wonderful cream. A very gentle texture, medium thick, which spreads over the skin like butter. It absorbs quickly, does not leave a greasy or sticky layer, but a very nice brightening. The sensation is of perfect hydration. A great makeup base. It has a delicate fragrance which, at least for me, does not cause any adverse reactions, even though I have sensitive eyes and wear glasses. Unfortunately, however, I found that it is no longer available on the Sephora site, even though I purchased mine about a month ago.😏
