My fave Kosas product is the cloud set powder 😍 How can I be glowy but matte at the same time???? I would definitely recommend if you have dry undereyes/skin, it prevents that cakey powdered look I get from most other powders. Literallyyy looooove, would repurchase again and again. ❤️

I'm tempted to pick this up. I tend to opt for matte products but I'm seeing more 'hybrid' products coming out that are matte but not drying or flat. This sounds like one of them.
