Apply the leave in hair oil before hair drying (if it is a heat protectant) for great de tangling
My routine:
Firstly, I was born a redhead, however my hair has been dyed at home at a level 8 golden blonde for over 12 years. My hair in this time became dry/damaged, lots of breakage, dull and frizzy. I have put lots of brands from affordable to high end to the test, but these are the products I keep coming back to. I wash my hair maximum twice a week to ensure I keep my natural oils for my scalp due to dry scalp. I use redken extreme to help maintain any breakage and damage caused. Always use Luke warm water. I put the conditioner on and leave for 5 minutes. Tip: buying the 500ml to 1000m and using it 1-2x a week allows this to last 8-12 months. I use Amika hair mask as I find it is middle price range and the only one that helps my hair detangle, I use the once a week. I use a microfibre head towel and I used either redken acidic bond treatment or kerastase discipline treatment. This helps as leave in conditioner, heat protectant and giving benefits to your hair such as shine. Lastly, I use the Kerastase soleil as just like our skin needs protection from the sun, our hair dries out and becomes brittle from the UV or frizzy from humidity. So I use the soliel serum to keep my hair maintain moisture, shine and smooth. I also use heat on my hair once a week to straighten. I use heatless curls or plaits
