Part of my night time skincare routine. As we know retinal is much more gentle on the skin and it delivers faster results. Love using Medik8 crystal retinal as i can adjust the strength to suit my skin needs. These products work in tandem to achieve healthy and younger looking skin.

What’s your beauty secret?
Massage makeup removal cleansing oil in circles on nose and any other area you struggle with clogged pores. It cleans them up nicely and you will see a difference quickly.

I suffer with dry skin especially in winter. I start by using the glow recipe toner which brings life straight back into my face it’s so glowy and moisturising. Then I use the ordinary hyaluronic and niacin-amide serums which moisture my skin and even my skin tone. Then I moisturise my skin using the cera ve moisturising lotion which never fails to impress, literally the most perfect moisturiser. And finally I use the glow recipe few drops that leave an amazing glow on my skin and are perfect for under my makeup!

I love using Retinol and ceramides in my skincare as they work so well in targeting my personal skin issues. I get many compliments on my skin as well as being told that the I look younger than I am... win, win!

These products all work well for my combination skin. I especially like the cleanser as it leaves my skin nice and soft paired with the La roche-posay products.

I have dry skin, which can become worse in the winter months. Added to that is the air con at work, heating at home, which can contribute to making it feel worse and sometimes irritated.
So these are the products I’ve been using to keep my skin hydrated.

The charlotte tilbury works well on the face I have recently started using the cerave on the body and its going well keeping my exzema under control.
What’s your beauty secret?
Consistency for the first 4 weeks a product will mostly likely savage your skin as it adjusts especially if you have sensitive skin or a condition, unless it causes a reaction keep going then youl know if it turns your skin around or not.
