Bioderma hyaluronic acid is amazing, it's easy to use with a little pump. And one bottle lasts me at least 3 months. It's a must in my skincare routine to give your skin the extra boost it needs

I've been using the Elizabeth eight hour range and the capsules at night for a few weeks now. My skin feels so soft 😊. I use the eight hour moisturiser in the day time, and then I use one capsule at night before bed. My skin has never felt so soft and smooth!!

Always use hyaluronic acid first

Every morning I use Genefique serum and eye cream. Life has been very stressful recently and I honestly feel that without this in my regime my face would have shown signs of aging. I always get told I don't look my age

Whenever I use makeup, I always like to double cleanse with a balm then a mild cleanser to make sure I get everything off my face without stripping too much moisture or damaging my skin barrier

Using a cleansing balm then going in with a mild cleanser prevents stripping your skin of too many oils
