Mature skin requires a different regime and care that supports the hormonal changes in the female body. It is important to boost your health with the right supplements, exercise and skin care products that will slow the aging of your skin and bring the “feel good “ energy. I needed to learn and rediscover myself and my skin needs as I turned 40. After a long period of experimenting with different products I created the skin regime that works on me and my peer friends. I use spf 50 every morning, even during the winter times, moisturizes that have less ingredients and are designed for sensitive skin, double cleanse my face in the evening with oily products and use bha and aha acids instead of retinol. My skin looks healthy, hydrated and any makeup that I apply lasts longer and looks great.

Double cleansing at night with oil based products and using Paula's choice 25% AHA + 2% BHA EXFOLIANT PEEL every other week

These are my holy grail products. If your looking for smoother skin the paulas choice and glow recipe serum are amazing! Cerave also really helped me balance out the oils in my face and stopped my skin from being combination type to normal.

A thick moisturiser under makeup is best for me especially in winter.
