This is my routine throughout the year with added retinol and facial oil twice a week at night time.

Hydrate, treat and protect the skin from free radical and sun damage.
Why do these products compliment each other so well?
These products work in harmony with each other to hydrate, treat and protect the skin. HA on damp skin followed by vitamic C and moisturiser. Last but not least, SPF50 every single day whether it rains or shines. Vitamic C works beautifully with SPF to protect the skin from environmental damage while HA and gel moisturiser rehydrate the skin.
What’s your beauty secret?
Double cleansing and SPF every day.

I use the foreo to Deep cleanse, the dermalogica microfoliant to exfoliate dead skin cells from my epidermis as In winter your skin sheds more slowly, the skin fix moisturiser to repair my skin barrier and hydrate my parched skin and the garnier rose miceller water to remove my make up

I always double cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise. I stay out of the sun and drink loads of water. I’m super disciplined. There are no short cuts to good skin care

I use the mask twice a week, and on days I don’t I use the Paula’s choice salicylic gel after hyaluronic acid and before oils & moisturiser. I couldn’t add everything but I also use Janina oil and Clinique moisture surge

The mask helps clear pores and the hyaluronic acid & sqaulane help to moisturise and soothe the skin to maintain the barrier
What’s your beauty secret?
Moisture! Even with oily skin it’s so important to keep skin hydrated, including with oils. Also use hyaluronic acid on damp skin to lock in moisture
