This is my perfect routine for normal to combination skin. This provides the skin with everything that it needs instead of stripping it. This routine builds up your natural skin barrier which will eventually give you that glass skin look.

I understand that skincare is personalised and tailored to each individual and this is my current routine which does switch up a lot due to new products and what my skin is currently like but itโs the most important to give you that amazing glow

I do like to use to the same brands on times as they usually work well together but Iโve found that my current skincare routine works the best for my skin and perfect under makeup

I started skincare with 2 key elements: moisturiser from my twenties onwards, and either dodging direct sunlight on my face or using SPF50. In my early fifties, people usually think Iโm 10 years younger. Now adopting the principles of Caroline Hirons to make the most of what I have for longer.

They can be used without risk of pilling, and layer nicely
Whatโs your beauty secret?
Korean 7 skins: my skin is always super hydrated and it takes years off my real age. But the different steps I take include protection with the vitamin C, as well as my always using SPF50 at the end of the process. I use Medik8 CR3 eye at night to treat early signs of ageing, and a facial oil - the Haruharu Wonder facial oil - after moisturiser at night to lock in the moisturiser. My skin always looks fantastic when I wake up.

Always serum moisturiser and eye cream before makeup and minimum cleanse and sleep mask to restore face as I have adhd set routine doesn't work so I keep favourite products I'm loving at the moment in my eyesight to remember to use them

Cold water wash and face mask also overnight sleep mask at least 2x per week

This routine for my skin has been very good especially in these cold days my skin hasnโt felt the change in the weather that much thanks to ongoing routine and moisturiser
