Just ordered my bedhead shampoo and conditioner and only a shampoo turned up 😥😥 I went to orders and said its missing but would love to have spoke on live chat too 🥺 Edit- finally got through on live chat and have a replacement on its way

I really think that this article from Vogue about ‘skin cycling’ really makes sense. It refers to your night time skin care routine only and suggests that you adopt a 4 day cycle as follows: night 1 exfoliate, night 2 retinol, nights 3 & 4 give your skin a rest with gentle, restorative products. @Christina, I think it makes sense to exfoliate the night before retinol, so that the retinol can penetrate and do it's thing. I use Medik8 Crystal Retinal and they actually say you can use their sleep glycolic on the same night as their retinol and that it enhances the effects of the retinol. You apply the sleep glycolic first, leave to absorb, then apply the retinol. TBH I don't feel comfortable doing that as their sleep glycolic has quite a prickly sensation when first applied, so I'd just rather do it the night before as Vogue advise so that I don't overhwelm my skin. Then it makes total sense to me to give my skin a break for the next two nights, and since the Crystal Retinal has antibacterial prorerties, I try to use a nice gentle probiotic cream. I'm still using the Elemis Midnight Facial that I got on the Beauty Spot Test & Review, coming to the end of it soon though. I think when I'm tired at night, it just makes things a lot easier having a routine that I can stick to.

So I’ve been gatekeeping this little beauty find until I could get my hands on it (sorry not sorry 😆) but it finally arrived today so wanted to share the love ❤️ I got these 4 little minis of the Ultra Violette SPF’s for £17.50, such a great way to try all the different formulas (I actually know I love all of these, it’s just easier for me to have minis at the moment because I’m travelling a LOT) ✨ The best part? You get 55ml of product total, so this little set is an absolute STEAL, since the full-sizes are 50ml and cost between £32-£36!! Definitely worth a look everyone! 💕
