I refreshed my hair colour today with Schwarzkopf Oleo intense permanent oil colour in shade 8-86 Golden Dark Blonde. It has left my hair feeling really soft and conditioned and the colour intensity is perfect.

I've heard good things about the Medik8 retinal although haven't tried it myself. I've been using the Dermalogica Overnight Retinol Repair which comes with its own barrier moisturiser to use under the retinol and help with dryness. I've heard that the ideal routine is to use it as many times as the first number of your age, eg. 2 times per week if you're in your 20s; 3 times per week if you're in your 30s etc. Make sure you're using factor 50 SPF during the day x

They really do flo I lost about half of my hair with stress since using vitamins my hair is thicker then it's ever been it's longer and healthy plus my nails are so much healthier too 😊
