One of my favourite treatments for my hair at the moment is this Philip Kingsley Bond Builder, I use it once a week and it's applied to damp hair before your shampoo and conditioner. I actually leave it on over night, following day it's rinsed and shampoo and condition as normal my hair feels stronger, less breakage and the shine is amazing. My hair is long coloured and bleached. Highly recommend it.
