Neon Lights Intense Colour Liquid Eyeliner I just wanted to post a bit more about the quality of these great eyeliners. These eyeliners come in five different shades, they are long wearing and do not crease or fade when wearing. The colour really does stay true from the time you apply it to when it is time to be removed. With the handy little drip pot and the firm precision brush you are able to draw lines with precision and be as creative as you wish.
