Hey everyone I seem to Have little bums under my skin and all over my face, I have tried absolutely everything and cannot get them under control they are not helping my confidence and make me not able to go out without heavy makeup. I could use some suggestions as so what may help.

It sounds like milia - take a look on Google and see if they match. If so, I'd suggest Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant for exfoliating and don't pick them! x
