When is Sephora coming to the UK❓
Set your alarms, our new website www.sephora.co.uk will be live from the 17th October 2022 and you’ll be able to shop all your favourite brands directly from then.
Will Sephora be online only❓
The good news just keeps on coming: while you can shop Sephora online only from the 17th October, Sephora will be opening a physical store in London from Spring 2023! That’s right, you can experience the magic IRL and we can’t WAIT to see you all there.
Will the stores be opening any other areas of the UK❓
We can’t reveal all our secrets yet, but in the meantime the Sephora UK website will also make shopping exclusive brands easy for any part of the UK.
Will I still be able to shop at Feelunique❓
No, the Feelunique UK website will redirect to Sephora UK from the 17th October 2022. Don’t worry, you’ll continue to get everything you love about FeelUnique with all the added benefits of becoming Sephora.
Will there be a Feelunique Advent Calendar❓
There won’t be a Feelunique advent calendar this year but we’ll do you one better - worth over £711, the Sephora advent calendar will be exclusive to Sephora UK and filled with 34 treats including 17 full-sized ones. Featuring some of our favourite brands, bespokely curated for the UK. From Elemis and Neom to Too Faced and Natasha Denona, all for just £139.
We've also hidden some Golden Tickets in our calendars, so you could be in with a chance of winning prizes worth up to £1,000! Sounds like a win-win.
In even better news, there won’t just be this advent calendar to shop. We have a whopping FOUR to choose from this year. Alongside out multi-branded UK exclusive, we have our hotly anticipated Sephora Collection calendar, a Premium Sephora Collection calendar PLUS a post-advent calendar to keep your spirits up for the new year.

Will you bring all the brands from the US Sephora store with you❓
Get excited, the biggest beauty destination is arriving in the UK and it’s bringing the most exclusive brands from across the pond with it - maybe not all, but definitely some cult favourites we know you will love.
Was Sephora in the UK before❓
Pre-noughties there were a few Sephora stores in the UK but they closed down. Now, we’re back and better than ever with an online (and soon to be in-store) experience you won’t want to miss.
What about the rewards programmes❓
If you have Feelunique Rewards leftover, there’s no need to panic: these points will transfer to Sephora UK.
However, if you’re a beauty fanatic and collected Sephora points from other stores around the globe, you won’t be able to redeem those points in the UK.
There will also be a Sephora Rewards scheme, so you can collect exclusive rewards as you shop, like 10% off your two favourite brands, a special birthday treat and a £5 voucher for every £75 you spend. Like we said, just like Feelunique, but with more.
What will change in Beauty Spot❓
The community will only be getting better! We’ve got so many things planned. Think: Sephora quizzes, competitions and piping hot prizes. Stay tuned, you don’t want to miss a THING.
Will the old Feelunique brands stay❓
Don’t panic, the shopping experience will only get bigger and better - with even more brands added online, including exclusive brands that you won’t be able to get your hands on anywhere else.

For those worrying about their OGs, you will also be able to shop most of the Feelunique brands you know and love.
Will you have samples❓
We will indeed. Like Sephora EU, you will be able to select up to 5 free samples on the website (depending on your cart’s value). So you can glow and try all the new brands that we have to offer.

Do you test products on animals❓
In accordance with European regulations, we do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.
Sephora does not agree with animal testing, and is fully committed to developing, trialing and validating alternatives.
Will the Feelunique beauty bags and boxes be available❓
Yes and yes!
You’ll be pleased to hear, the beauty bags will continue. To celebrate our biggest glow up yet we’ll be launching an extra-special beauty bag full of our new, exclusive brands. Just look sharp - you’ll be seeing it VERY soon.
Beauty Box will also continue - this time as Beauty Box by Sephora. The same as our beloved Feelunique Beauty Box, only glowed up - just like us! Featuring even more brands to choose your deluxe samples from.
