Hello, I had ordered a perfume and a sample on 15th January but the box received was empty. I cannot find any contact number to reach out to, as I am in the UK with no local store to go to. Could anyone help please? I have a picture and recording of the opening of the box, as I could feel from the weight something was wrong.
