I struggle with really oily skin on my forehead, nose and eyelids and for a long time it didnโt matter how much I set my makeup my skin was just oily. My truck was, and it may sound ridiculous but, try a light weight moisturiser and a fine pressed powder rather than loose powder. Doing this my skin became less oily when wearing makeup see if it works for you.
