Hi all I placed an order over a week ago. It says on the tracking that it is dispatched but the order has not arrived yet. When I placed the order it said it would take 2 to 3 days to arrive from dispatched. Please can anyone advice?? Thank you so much!

I contacted customer service and after a very delayed response from them, they told me that my order is lost. They asked me if I would like a refund or if I wanted a replacement. As this was a birthday treat to myself, I asked for a replacement order. Since then I have had no communication from them if they have posted my order or not. This is unacceptable customer service. Has anybody else experienced this?
