Help!! I have persistent acne on my forehead and back. It's nowhere near severe but I have a few big spots surrounded by blackheads. No matter what I try it won't disappear. I've tried creams from pharmacies and it didn't help. I bought La Roche Posay effaclar duo cream and It made no difference. I'm pretty lost as many people found the effaclar duo cream to work for them and really liked it. Reviews seemed to be optimistic and promising yet it didn't work for me so I need new recommendations.
