Has anyone had any experience using tretinoin? I’ve been using it for a few months now and my skin is so bad. Having constant break outs. I’m so tempted to stop using it but I have heard it can do this for a few months? Did anyone else have a similar experience and what did you use to on your spots to help get rid of them? My confidence is rock bottom at the moment 😢

Not used it all. But with any new product try just once a week then two times a week and so on until your skin has chance to adjust 😀

It takes a while until you find the right routine for your skin. I think that your skin gets very dry because of the tretinoin and thats why the sebum production is increased. Make sure you use a small concentration till you get used. Also, I suggest the sandwich method: apply a serum (like Cicaplast from La Roche Posay) then the tretinoin and after apply a moisturiser (with no actives). You will notice a big difference very soon!
