Does anyone know if the pump on the SkinFix eye cream is supposed be this short? Or has it broken?

Yes, they're airless pumps... Rodial also use them. Don't open until you can't get any more out of the nozzle, but when you do you'll fine a lot of product left. It's a good system for hygiene, but does leave lots of product behind. 💖
