does anybody have any skincare recommendations to help get rid of my spots but also hydrate my skin but not too many products because it can feel heavy on my face

Get yourself something with salicylic acid for spots. I recommend Vinopure Blemish Control bu Caudalie x

You need to try skincare with Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C. You can found many options. For dry skin always will be heavy,for combination skin and oily will be more lightweight. For hydration it's perfect gel where first ingredient is water. Vichy is nice,but maybe to expensive. I like Optimum and ME+
