Can someone tell me is the glow recipe toner is a good toner my skin is dry but also gets oily depending on what products i use.

It’s basically an exfoliating toner the consistency is quite thick though it’s not watery. It contains PHA which is a gentle exfoliator and a type of BHA which works great for oily skin. It’s not drying but I have quite dehydrated skin and wouldn’t consider it hydrating enough for me. It’s good for oily skin if you don’t mind a thicker texture.
