To keep my inner peace:
1. Lists - ticking and accomplishing little tasks.
2. Less screen time - delving into a book or art.
3. Meditation - clearing my mind - playing frequencies.
4. Journaling - especially training to do it daily (sometimes I miss days which makes me have to really think how my days went and what I can be thankful for)
5. Bath times, making my baths a ritual of pampering myself - including bath bombs/salts incense and bubbles!
6. Acts of kindness - complimenting someone, helping someone or even smiling at someone. Creating those small connections.
7. Taking me time, whether it means not overcrowding my schedule or just not getting back to someone straight away.
8. Decluttering! Start small if you want to do this, donโt bombard yourself
9. Exercise, even if itโs a stroll to the beach with one headphone in.
10. Laughing, smiling anything that can jog positivity!
