not used it but ive found this on site for you. - Apply creme to towel-dried hair, starting at the ends and working up to mid-length. Use a pea sized amount for shorter/ finer hair types; a dime sized amount for thicker/ longer hair types.Style as desired.For coarse hair types, apply to dry hair for extra moisture and shine, and anti-frizz protection.
