Hi all just after some advice I'm not sure if it's hormones medication or the heat buy I've been starting to get spots on my back and shoulders not acne more like few painful ones keep showing up I've looked on feelunique and the solution gel looks promising. This is the first time happening to me and its lowering my confidence especially with this beautiful weather

I used to get them on my chest and back, then changed to sls free shampoo and def helped xxx

Ah thank you so much I'm suffering bad with my hormones which is a big cause of my neurological pain and migraines my doctor spoke to a gynecologist and they suggested a coil it could be that causing the problem sometimes you have to chose what's more important and not being in pain is the most important. Thank you for your reply I think a detox could be an idea though 🙂
