I have a Beauty Box subscription and pay £11.95 each month but I've noticed that I'm not getting 11 points added to my Rewards when my box is despached and payment is taken. Just wanted to check, is this the same for everyone? If so I don't think it's very fair.

@Yas , I just fail to see how it can be justified in any way! I'm sure when I used to buy boxes ad hoc before I had the subscription that I used to get the points, so as @Liz said it appears there is absolutley no reward for loyalty.

When I had my Beauty Box it was exactly the same. I think it was excluded from points, even though I checked every time haha. I didn't think it was very fair either. Edit: just checked the t's&c's and they state that the boxes don't go towards your balance! (edited)
