Does anyone know how to resolve this please? I have messaged Frankie and Carla several times over the last 2 months but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated to sort this out. I posted my review on the website over 2 months ago and sent the screenshots to both the admin members but nothing so far. The " I posted my review button" doesn't work.
