I don't get on with mascara at the best of times. Sensitive, easily irritated eyes means there's always some sort of issue I incur with them. Be it flaking, clumping, the dreaded panda eyes, especially when in hayfever season, or just a general dislike to it (I can be a fussy one 😅). So when I find a mascara that works and causes me no issue well it finds itself a long term home in my makeup bag d'nit?! A couple of my favourite mascaras that don't help me look like an extra in Kung Fu Panda are the iconic NARS Climax and the Collection Vitalash Boosting mascara. Both leave my lashes looking natural, no clumping or sticking together despite several coats applied, none of that messy flaking after a few hours wear, and no irritation. Though I'm not sure if the Collection one has now been discontinued because I never see it in stock anywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️ So if you're in the market for a new mascara to try here's two to try! 🧡

The different mascaras people rate always really interest me it’s one item that seems to work very differently for people. Nars Climax smudges really badly on me after only a few hours no matter how I use it. Glad you have found two that work for you

I would love some referencing for these internet tips! Latest studies show mixing retinol and vitamin c increases efficacy, and encapsulation technology means all sorts of ingredients can now be mixed safely together 💗

It’s good to be mindful that all products can’t be used together at once, but totally agree @Liz Kate Somerville has a retinol + vitamin c together in a range, the formulation of products now is so advanced.
