Last year I lost half of my hair with bad health stress and medication. My doctor told me when your body in such a state of stress it will stop a certain action in your body as your body will not think it's important so that how my hair all fell out. Its crazy how the body works. So I started taking vitamins with biotin in them now my hair has grew back and the length is also growing its healthy and shiny plus my nails are strong. So I just would 100 percent recommend biotin for your hair

My favourite make up palette is Naked from Urban Decay, so an amazing mix of colors and great quality.

Can someone please recommend a good eyebrow pencil or any other eyebrow products. I been using Tom Ford pencil but it’s so expensive and doesn’t last that long. ( I used thing like Anastasia Beverly Hills pomade and just brow powder) Thank you :)

Stila Eyes are the window soul. This is probably my oldest pallete i own but still a top favourite of mine. Iv loved it for years, so much so I repurchased it & still use it alot. It's the perfect neutral pallete for everyday but great for sultry smoky evening looks too. What's your oldest most loved make up item?

So I suffer with dry skin, and a tip I have picked up is to spray my face with Avene thermal spring water or a hydrating spray, and then use a hyaluronic acid after to soak in all the moisture. It helps to lock the moisture in. It really has changed my skin and I hardly ever have dry skin now
