Does anybody else suffer with psoriasis I get really bad flare ups I've tried so many things prescribed stuff aveeno kids farm and it just never seems to budge. Usually can be with me for 3 months so I've learned ways just to keep comfortable through the flare. I put oatmeal in a sock I tie the sock and run my bath with sock under the tap all the liquid comes though and your bath should look milky and it is so calming no itching just total peace. When I get out I use double base and for a few hours it's heaven plus my skin always feels so soft I call them my porridge baths lol
