My fave mascara has got to be the MAC stack, the brush is amazing it gets to all the little hairs on the inner corners and I love how I can layer it without it looking clumpy . Can’t wait to try the waterproof one

My favourite mascara is the Too Faced Better Than S3x mascara.

THE BEST MASCARA!!!!! The waterproof property stays true to its claim. It keeps my lashes curled when usually they would fall and be straight, with the wand having some curvature that allows you to get a lot of lashes at once and also separates them.

Since last year, I have been trying to jump on the "soap brows" bandwagon, but couldn't find anything that would 1) hold my brows in place, and 2) not flake. If you also struggle with this, try using your moisturising cream to slick your brows!!!!! It's multifunctional in your routine and does exceptionally well in keeping them intact. I use the Cerave Moisturising Cream in a tub as its thick consistency is perfect to run my spoolie through!!

I bought these Microfibre wrist bands after ReallyRee talked about them on her blog. They stop your sleeves from getting wet when you are washing your face. I think Ree’s were from Amazon but I got mine from EBay and they were only £3. Anyway thought these are a good ‘hack’ that you might want to know about, and ReallyRee is a fantastic blog to follow if you’re not already.

Skincare Tip If like me night cream can be a bit heavy on your skin, after your skincare routine run your hands under cold water pat on your face and leave to dry. It gets the excess oil off and leaves your face so soft, supple and smooth 💦

If your foundation looks patchy or separated, one reason might be that your makeup sponge is too wet. Start wetting your sponge to avoid that too much foundation will be absorbed because if it's too wet the result will be uneven. Squeeze out any excessive water and dry the sponge with a towel. The sponge must be damp not dry to get a flawless base.
