I’m a beauty therapist and whenever someone comes to me with blemishes/congested skin I ask them about their water intake. I used to have really bad acne (I know this won’t apply to hormonal acne or types of acne that need medication) I started drinking more water, adding lemon to it, I know drink 3 litres per day and my skin is clear (along with other skincare products) even and so much more hydrated. Water is the skins best medicine 💧
