If you find you have trouble getting your brow pencil to work on oily or moisturised skin, try drying down your eyebrows with a tiny amount of super fine powder beforehand. You'll find the pencil applies much better afterwards. It also helps make brows more fluffy / gives more volume, if you're using a mascara-type brow product (much like for eyelashes). I use an eyeshadow brush and PML Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder (thanks so much to @Christina for recommending it... it's amazing 🙌). Try it... I'm sure you'll find it helps 😘💖
