As a hack, I’ve been asking ‘Chat GPT’ lots of beauty and skincare related questions lately and have been finding it really useful! For example in the photo I asked a question about pigmentation and dark spots and it summarised all the information beautifully. You can then drill down and ask more specific question and it’s almost like having a conversation! It’s much easier than trawling information on the internet and then putting it all together. My understanding is that the information it can access is up to September 2021 so you have to bear that in mind, but it can still be very useful I think.
